have two options.You can choose only one: 1)Have us diagnose
your laptop or 2) Ask for a specific repair/upgrade.
If you would like us to diagnose your laptop, please briefly
describe a description of your problem. We will diagnose
your laptop and we will contact you to inform you what
is the problem and to discuss with you the repair, cost
and payment options. For example: Operating System (OS)
does not boot. Computer power intermittent. No video.
Floppy Drive does not work.
If you do NOT want us to diagnose your laptop, you have
to be specific with the repair/upgrade you desire. We
will adhere to your request. However, it is important
for you to know that we Warranty only repairs/upgrades
originally acquired in the Repair Form. Wrongful or not
fully complete diagnosis by the customer will be ignored.
For example: I want my hard drive to be replaced and I
would like to buy a new hard drive from you.

Purchasing a laptop part from us will save you time and
money on your laptop repair. Since, we are a laptop repair
facility we will provide the service of a laptop part
you might want to send to us along with your notebook.
However, if the problem persists for the reason of you
wrongly diagnosing the problem, we will ignore any RMA
requests.
SHIPPING
SUPPLIES
It
is on your convenience to ship your laptop in a secure way
and be able to track a package.
Shipping supplies will be provided only for those customers
who pay through Papal.
After you submit the form you will be provided our Papal
account.
You can choose one of the following options:
oYes, I would like to receive Packaging Supplies.
Choosing this option you will receive a special box in which
you will pack your laptop. The charge for this option is
for receiving the shipping supplies for laptop at your location.
oYes, I would like to receive a Prepaid Return Address Label.
Choosing this option within 2-3 hours after we send you
a confirmation email with a Repair Order Number you will
receive an email from UPS with a link to the label. You
will just have to print it out from your home or office
and call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) to schedule a
pick up.
Your package will have a tracking number and will have an
insurance.The charge for this option is for receiving a
Prepaid Return Address Label and be able to ship your laptop
in a fast and secure way from your location.
oYes, I would like to receive Packaging Supplies and a Prepaid
Return Address Label.
Choosing this option you will receive a special box that
will have attached a Prepaid Return Address Label. You will
just have to pack your laptop and call UPS to pick it up
from location your desire. The charge for this option is
for receiving the Packaging Supplies at your location and
for the Prepaid Address Return Label with a tracking number.
o No, I do not want to receive neither packaging supplies,
nor a prepaid return address label
Choosing this option if you will use your own packaging
supplies and arrange shipping to us.
