o If you would like to repair your laptop in our facility
you will need to obtain a Repair Order Number by filling out our
Repair Order Form. You will receive
a Repair Order Number in our response confirmation email. The order
number has to be sent along with the notebook when shipped
o If
you wish to return a laptop you must request a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Once you have been
issued a RMA Number in our response email, you must ship the notebook
so that it reaches us within 10 days. All RMA numbers must appear
on the shipping labels.
o Do
not send your laptop before obtaining the Repair Order Number
or the Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
If so, we will refuse the package.
o Both,
the Repair Order Form as well as RMA Form offer you the option
to discuss about your repair with our technicians before you decide
to send your laptop. It is free of charge; it is optional and
serves on your convenience.
o Shipping
supplies will be provided only for those customers who will pay
them through Papal. After you submit the Repair Order Form you
will be provided with a direct link to our Papal account
o If
you choose to receive packing supplies or both the packing supplies
and the return address label, it will take the time period you
choose in the form for Repairlaptop.com
to send you required material. Ordering packing materials might
seem to require more time, but it is a secure way to ship a laptop
and does not require from you to search for the adequate packaging
material.
If you choose to receive only a Prepaid
Return Address Label, we will email it to you. You will print
it out and attach to your package.
All options regarding shipping supplies are subject to additional
charges and are clearly specified in Prices.
o We
offer a diagnose of your laptop and repair or we can repair/upgrade
your laptop with your own diagnose. In the case where you diagnose
the problem of your laptop, we will do the repair you request
from us. For all our orders we issue a 1-year Warranty on New
laptop parts purchased from us, and we issue a full 90-Day Warranty
only for the identical description of the problem originally described
in a Repair Form. Therefore, we will not be responsible if you
make a wrong or not fully complete diagnose. The diagnose is optional.
However, our A+ technicians strongly suggest it.
o Once
we receive your laptop, we will diagnose it for the repair needed
(unless you diagnosed it by yourself) and call you or e-mail you
with an estimate within 24 hours to discuss the repair, total
cost and the Payment Options. If you accept the estimate for the
repair we will fix your notebook ASAP and when repaired we will
send the unit back to you immediately.
If you do not accept further repair you will pay us a flat rate
for a diagnose . We will not do any repair or upgrade, neither
will we charge your Credit Card unless you approve.
o We
will repair all defects/problems and return your laptop/notebook
repaired in the same box unless otherwise notified
o We will return ship your laptop/notebook UPS 3 Day Select unless
required differently.The customer will be responsible for return
shipping charges.
o We will back our laptop/notebook repair work with a 90-Day Warranty
only for the identical description of the problem originally described
in a Repair Order Form. New laptop parts carry a 1-year warranty.
o The price for diagnose are not subject to any change, as well
as the price for packaging material and return address label.
